Rick Perry: 'I Confronted Barack Obama'

If by confront, he means, "I whined like a little bitch until some aide took the letter", then yeah, Mr. Big Tough Guy Tenth Amendment "confronted" Obama.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry attempted to hand President Obama a letter on the runway of the Austin airport, and this, in the terms of Perry's re-election campaign, counts as a confrontation--a moment Perry touts, with footage, in a new TV ad that focuses on immigration and border security.

"I recently confronted Barack Obama with detailed steps to reduce drug cartel violence along the border," Perry says in the ad, which shows footage of the attempted letter hand-off.
